Force Multiplier IQ was built for that climb.

I didn’t set out to start a company; I set out to solve a problem I knew all too well.

As a school leader, I spent years leading from the middle: translating ambitious vision into daily reality, guiding teams through growth and change that was rarely simple and never universally welcomed. Holding everyone’s fear, managing resistance, and maintaining trust while moving people forward is one of the hardest parts of leadership.

Then, during my first formal certification in change management, I realized I was the only educator in a class filled with professionals from business, tech, and healthcare. Every concept made me think: this would have helped me so much sooner!

That moment changed everything.

I saw exactly why so many school leaders felt overwhelmed: we were being asked to lead transformation without being trained in the science of change. In business, government, and healthcare, leaders are formally trained in change management. Entire divisions at IBM, Deloitte, and Johnson & Johnson use it every day. Yet in education, it’s a field and skill that is often overlooked, creating a gap that can slow or derail transformation.
