Frequently Asked Questions

Because every engagement is tailored to the leader, team, and scope of work, pricing varies. After our Strategy Call, I’ll share a clear proposal based on your goals, the level of support you’re seeking, and the type of coaching or team development that will serve you best.

Professional Development Funding: Many leaders are able to use professional development funding through their schools or districts to cover coaching, Change Labs, or assessments. If you’d like guidance on navigating your PD reimbursement process, I’m happy to help you prepare the language you need.

CEUs: FMIQ is also in the process of submitting applications for Continuing Education Units with the state departments of education in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Maryland, Washington DC, and Virginia. If CEU credit is important to you, please feel free to ask about current status.

For aspiring leaders facing financial barriers, a limited number of sponsored (free) coaching packages are available each year through our Pay It Forward initiative, funded by three percent of FMIQ’s annual net profits.

Yes. All coaching begins with a Zoom session so we can connect face-to-face and get a clear sense of your goals. From there, we can explore what format works best for you. If you prefer voice-only sessions, we can switch to phone after trying both options.

Yes. I offer both virtual and in-person workshops for clients in the New York area, as well as select locations along the East Coast and throughout the Midwest.

I’ll personally review your application and, if it’s a good fit, you’ll receive an email within two business days with a link to schedule your complimentary Leadership Strategy Call.

If the timing or scope isn’t the right match, I’ll let you know as well. This is usually due to my current capacity—so I can maintain the quality of coaching and programs—or because the challenge falls outside my core area of expertise. In those cases, I’m always happy to refer you to trusted colleagues in my network who may be a better fit.

Each initial Strategy Call is 30 minutes and held virtually on Zoom. During that time, we’ll talk through what you’re leading, clarify your goals, and explore where strategic support may be most helpful.

If we decide to work together, ongoing coaching sessions are typically 60 minutes.

Absolutely. For team inquiries, you can include collaborators’ names, roles, and email addresses in your message, and I’ll make sure they each receive the Zoom link.
